"Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?" - Luke 12:25 NLT
What do we gain when we worry about our life circumstances? Irritability, anxiety, grief, frustration, negativity, and restlessness are what we'll receive.
Prayer is a powerful remedy for worry. It helps us to develop a deep and intimate relationship with Christ.
Reading the Bible and understanding God's promises gives us hope when our future seems uncertain.
In the Gospels, Jesus repeatedly tells us not to worry or be afraid. He demonstrates His power over the troubles and trials we all face. Disease, demons, and even death are powerless against Our Savior.
Jesus said that He would never leave or forsake us (Hebrews 13:5.) His unfailing love was displayed in His sacrifice on the Cross. He chose to die for us, so we could enjoy eternal life with Him.
God's Word is perfect, true, and can be trusted in every season and circumstance. His love never fails. Jesus longs to quiet our fears and teach us to depend on Him, rather than be driven by fear and worry.
